Before a single strand goes up, a designer photographs your home and maps every run across rooflines, gables, palms and hedges. You see the exact look before you approve a thing.

Design
One visit, one plan. A designer walks your property and maps the exact look, roofline to palm tree, for you to approve before anything goes up.

Professional install
Our crew installs everything, top to bottom, while you go about your week. Commercial-grade lights, cut to your rooflines. You won't lift a single strand.

Mid-season maintenance
A dark bulb, a drifting timer, a run knocked loose by weather. We're already on it, all season long, so you never have to be.

Takedown & storage
In January, it all comes down, labeled and stored for next year. Your garage stays empty. Your weekend stays yours.

Before you call
What does professional holiday lighting cost?
Most coastal homes run $1,500 to $5,000+, depending on your rooflines, trees, and the design you choose. Every quote is custom and free, and takedown is already included, so there's no surprise bill in January.
Do you provide the lights?
Yes. You never buy, store, or untangle a single strand. We supply commercial-grade lights, cut and mapped to your home alone.
What if something goes out mid-season?
It won't be your problem. We maintain your display all season, so a dark bulb, a drifting timer, or a run knocked loose by weather gets fixed by our crew before you have to think about it.
When does everything come down?
In January. We take it all down, label every run, and store it, so your garage stays empty and next year's install is even faster.
When should I book?
Install weeks book in order, and the calendar fills before Thanksgiving. Call early and you get first pick of your install week, not whatever's left.
Do I need to be home for any of it?
No. Plenty of our clients travel for the holidays. One phone call and one invoice covers the design, install, maintenance, and takedown. You come home to it already glowing.
